perfect hotel with amazing location, tasty food, cozy rooms, nice shampoo and soap. but NO air conditioner in a room. Staff said that the hotel has central air conditioning system, and recomended me open a window.
however I was looking and did not find any hole like air conditioner in a room. we are lucky because it was a hot day. when we stay at the hotel. Temperature in our room was 26 C. Second day was cold, and absence of air conditioning was no problem for us.
The apartment of Petra and Christian gave us a feeling of true home that we are missing so much. Cosy and comfortable, with lots of attention to small details. Highly recommended. We had everything we needed in the apartment. The best part of it was morning coffee on the balcony with the incredible view.

We liked the nice hosts and the beautiful location. The breakfast was good and even delivered to the room and there was a water boiler and coffee in the room for free. We got eggs from their chickens! They allow dogs :) The owners were very flexible and allowed us to check-in earlier for a fee.
We loved being so close to the farm animals and hearing the sheep/goats in front of our window.
We liked having a terrase door and a small table and chair out front to sit outside our room.
Petra & Christian created a very special place. Beautiful interior design, perfect location, comfortable beds... The overall great feeling and absolutely friendly spirit of the place can't be described by words. We like it and we'll come back again.
Perfect location, 100m from a fantastic little swimming beach. Beautifully furnished and decorated apartment, very comfortable in all respects. Christian and Petra were super nice and helpful. We had a great time and hope to come back for a future vacation. Thanks!!

Every detail counts: I found parking space and freezer for my medicines; furniture and accessories both in our apartment and in the building are top quality, location is the best to relax and enjoy Salzkammergut, food is exquisite and, on top of it, Petra's smile will enlight your vacation. We sincerely hope to go back in the future, we had an amazing time
it's in the country, surrounded by horses, goats, cats, dogs. my idea of heaven. the host were really nice. the room was modern. very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing.
