We stayed one night while travelling through Austria. It was homy and comfortable. They have beautiful colourful art in the corridors. It's a family owned business. The owner was very nice and friendly. Patiently answered all our questions about the restaurants in the neighbourhood and provided helpful tips. We enjoyed diner at the traditional restaurant Urbanusschenke Familie Pahl which is close to the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel was nice.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The location is convenient, the rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet, with great heating and instant warm water. Warm room, just perfect, everything functioning ( lighting, warm water, TV) I traveled in november. Does not have air conditioning or a small fridge. So I would have never booked it during summer. For one night was all I needed.

We are absolutely delighted with our accommodation. The castle feels like something out of a fairy tale—everything is immaculately clean, and the rooms are warm and comfortable. The view from the castle is unbelievably beautiful. Communication with the hosts was excellent; they were very accommodating and friendly. The entire area has a magical atmosphere. There are a few local restaurants nearby serving phenomenal food. This is definitely one of those places we would love to return to. Highly recommended!

Hotel is placed in beautiful garden, the view from restaurant balcony is spectacular. Kid bed was prepared as I asked for (including bed linen - very appreciated). Hotel is dog friendly. Staff was very kind and helpful.
