This was our first time in Albania. The accommodation was very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The location is very peaceful, with a nice garden where you can rest or grill. The beach is an 8-minute walk and it is very nice, not too busy during our stay. The hosts are on site and help you with anything you may need. Overall very good value.

I liked the fact that the property was very clean and comfortable, has easy access to the freeway , has its own little market for everything you need, laundry downstairs for free, the refrigerator it’s a decent size to fill it up with everything.Car parking was very easy and there is plenty of space. Staff was very nice and friendly. We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel. Thank you!

Excelent location as a base to explore the Divjaka-Karavasta. The room was perfect and we had a good breakfast in the morning, prepared by the owner. She does not speak any useful English but uses a phone translator so, no worries!

The staff was the best thing about this property!! They were Perfect! Went above and beyond! They were Friendly, helpful, and always hard working. The location away from big cities was really nice. Meals were delicious. The property is small, which has pros and cons. The beach bar was nice to sit at sunset, or grab drinks while on the beach. And the coffee was AMAZING!
It was near the beach, its a quiet place for families or groups of friends, the house is near everything else the markets, bars, perfect communication with the owners it is worth it to enjoy a holiday there, it has facilities to make it a perfect holiday.

Very good place and location
It was the perfect family - friendly spot. The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee…
Everything about this hotel is great. AMAZING food (local produce with very big variety, seafood every day, baklava, good wine, clearly the best all inclusive I’ve ever been), super clean, everyone is soooo friendly and ready to do everything they can to make your vacation perfect. Cleaning staff, waitresses, bartenders (especially Sili), kitchen staff, manager, receptionists - thank you all so much for your hard work, we really enjoyed our stay.
We stayed there for 9 days, we really liked it. The beach was very free. The staff is very kind and responsive to our requests. Tasty and varied food. The boy at the bar, Sili, is super positive and always helps if you need it. I had a pleasant vacation and I think will come back.
The location is really remote, and has a private beach. This is perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation. It is a big appartment which has everything you need. Also the host is wonderful. She cooked a meal for us at night with all kinds of local foods and home made / home grown products. It is a really good way to taste the local dishes. Breakfast was also really good.
They make all kinds of stuff themselves, like jam, honey, vegetables, raki, wine.
There are also a lot of cute animals, like goose, chicken, dogs, turtles, cats.
Eva and Genti were great hosts. The area had a beautiful view to the sea, a privat beach and many animals (sheeps, dogs, turtles, cats, ducks,...). For breakfast and dinner Genti made delicious meals with organic ingediences from their own garden. We felt very welcomed!
