Lovely little 3 star hotel in a village! Great bed, top class linen and good coffee/tea offering. It’s an old building so very noisy and try not book a king road facing room!
The lady was nice and helpful, McDanald is 3min walk and the area is safe I even parked my Caron the road and nothing happened.

Michiel welcomed us and showed us our apartment. He has two wonderful dogs with him. The apartment was really clean and spacious. The position is good and very safe (free parking behind a gate) Kitchen well furnished

A Gracious, homestead with amazing staff, set in beautiful gardens. After a long day on the road from Cape Town, I was warmly welcomed and shown to my cosy, well decorated room with all the amenities needed to relax.
The room was beautifully decorated and very neat . It had a complimentary bottle of wine and a good coffee machine
We found this to be the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed at. Paul and Tania were most welcoming, with the breakfast room also used as a communal room for watching the ocean (mainly in the hope of seeing whales). The set up made others in the guest house lower their barriers which made for a very friendly environment. Location was excellent, a 10 minute walk from the V&A attractions with free parking on the road outside. We will definitely look to stay at the Dolphin Gues House on our next trip, already looking forward to it.
