Easy access and and process of check-in was seamless. Good coffee was provided.
Staff were exceptionally helpful. The airport shuttle driver was very friendly and his driving was exemplary. The food was good and the restaurant service, very attentive. We wanted a layover hotel where we could meet with family who live locally and the free parking was a bonus.
The rooms were as advertised, very neat and warm. Breakfast was a decent spread, including good coffee!

Very convenient for access to the airport, shops, shopping malls, and restaurants. Latetia and Johanne are great hosts. Very easy to get along with. Quite an exceptional welcome received with a free gift on top. Free parking, great security and remote controlled gate. What's not to like?
The location is very convenient, I was working remotely but was still able to run a few errands and also scheduled work meetings within the vicinity. Had everything I needed im the apartment as well. Great host.
The hotel is conveniently situated, and the airport shuttle is great to have. The reception area is pleasant and the breakfast is nice. There are good coffee and tea facilities in the room with complimentary cookies. The pillows are very comfortable, and so are the beds. The bathroom is very adequate. The room options on Bookings.com were a bit confusing, and I had inadvertently booked a "smoking room". The lady at the front desk kindly switched this for me to a non-smoking room.
The room was spacious, there was good coffee and water in the rooms, the option of choosing what you ate in the half board was lovely (over buffet that is), and breakfast had a ton of options. We liked that all services offered were available on the TV, that directions were clear throughout the hotel and that there were multiple recreational spots and seating spots to be utilised. Breakfast had lovely variety.
