Most notably we had exceptional service, help and communication from Sora, our hostess. She happily helped us with EVERYTHING. She's world class service and we feel very grateful. The staff go above and beyond and the rooms are simple but lovely. Good hot water and AC. Lovely view of Sam mountain. Organised a tour, onward travel to ha tien and bike rental for us. Cannot recommend enough.
