Who knew?! We sure do now…. Plan to come back and experience the place and beach at different times of the year. Highly recommend the Moonstone… amazing touches (big and small). They “wrote” Moonstone on the blanket at the end of the bed the way people write in the sand on the beach! It was a shake my head moment when I realized. So very considerate of the dog-lovers out there…. All the lower rooms allow dogs, and have a basket of gear to make the stay more comfortable and a welcome treat! Love the dunes, and the grass-strewn paths, and the viewing chairs. So incredibly peaceful to sit on the deck with a hot coffee cradled in your hands, sitting in comfie deck chairs. And you will leave rich… in sand dollars! Soooooo many! Can’t wait to return!

This is a clean well run motel with staff who are excellent. What a pleasure to have a easy check in with a smile. The rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Breakfast was yogurt pastries booked eggs, cereal toast . The manager topped up all the breakfast offerings continuously. This motel is a great find , well priced and great value for money.
