The room was great and the kitchen very well equipped. The view of the beach was fantastic. You could lie in bed and watch the ocean. The staff recommended restaurant in Newport was very good, fresh fish, fresh vegetables and rice.

The staff is very helpful and gave me breakfast to bring to my room in order to reduce people taking up space in the small lobby. Walking distance to café and restaurants and shops. Free parking. Was excellent. Lots of variety. Our room was big and spacious with nice view of the ocean. Loved those cookies they bring out at 6pm. Had firewood for the fire at the beach.
