Having stayed in multiple similar establishments in California on our trip, this was the best value for money by far; Extra large, comfortable, spotless rooms with a nice bathroom, fridge and television. Excellent, friendly staff who are open to chatting about the surroundings of Beatty, whether it be life in the desert, Death Valley NP, or the wild donkeys that roam about the streets. We had the (cold) breakfast included, which was substantial enough and made for a great start to our day; tea/coffee, bear claws and similar pastries, hard-boiled eggs, fruit-flavoured yoghurts, orange juice, granola bars, etc. - perfect. We stayed here after comparing it with far more expensive accommodation options in or near Death Valley NP on the Californian side, and remain delighted with our choice. Death Valley Inn & RV Park is under an hour's drive from Furnace Creek Visitors' Centre, the perfect starting point for a trip to Death Valley NP - it is the perfect stop on the way to/from this National Park or to/from California/Nevada.

Location is under a mile away from a fully-stocked grocery store and gas station. Very friendly people in the town. The staff were kind and efficient. The motel offers complimentary breakfast bars and coffee that is available each morning until 11am. Rooms were clean and offering a fun theme - well done! Would stay here again!

Offering an outdoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool and barbecue, Big Chief Motel is situated in Battle Mountain. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The best thing was it had really firm bed and that is what we are used to at home. The place was squeaky clean as well.

Boasting panoramic views for 100 miles in each direction, this motel located on the main street in Historic Virginia City serves fresh coffee each morning. All guest rooms include free WiFi. Candace and Charly are lovley hosts. The Motel has a little Market that has everything you need. Our room has pretty new interieur and a wonderful design. That by the way did the hosts on their own. In total just a wonderful place to stay. We´re looking forward for our next visit at Sugarloaf Mountain Motel in Virginia City.

This motel is located in the historical town of Virginia City. Free Wi-Fi access is available all guest rooms. Free parking is offered. The air-conditioned rooms include cable TV. Everything, this place is a gem. It was easy to find, heaps of parking, check in was easy. And the room was a "WOW". The bed was so comfortable, the room was huge. We stayed in the horse room. Well designed. We stayed 2 nights. The gardens were well kept, grass was green. It is obviously well loved by the owners
