We ended up having to take an earlier flight in the morning from Houston to denver. We arrived 4 hours before a room would be ready for checking. But they were very gracious and had the room cleaned and allowed us to check in early. Of course this is a motel that you drive up to your room and it's from the 50s probably. The aesthetics are very retro and charming. But the rooms were very clean and the husband and wife that run the motel make sure you have plenty of clean towels and clean your room while you're gone. It was a great price and a very strategic part of the town. We will definitely be staying here in the future for other hockey tournaments. And added note, in between games I wanted to hang my goalie equipment on the railing in front of our room. And they were very accommodating and said it would be no problem. It's a great place to stay.

Every single detail has been well thought and adds to the experience. Even the shampoo, body wash, etc, have a story to tell. We loved it!

She was delightful and excited for our stay with suggestions of what to all see along with some "must see" options. She was so sweet in giving directions for excursions and referred back to the hotel as "Home!" I appreciated that touch. ;)
