Staff was very helpfull and nice
Excellent staff; friendly; good English. One of them walked me with my luggage out to the main road. Breakfast was fantastic; good coffee and so much to eat. It was very historical with plenty of charm. Location was good if you are on foot. You will need to walk some distance from the main road with your luggage as the Medina is car-free.

El Oumara is situated near to Medina and the downtown of Tunis. It offers secured free parking lots. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpfull. WiFi is always in good quality available. The breakfast is very good and offers a lot of different food. Thanks for the great stay.
Very comfortable and had all the facilities I required, including a good coffee machine.
Location is in the Berges du Lac area so basically next to a lot off embassies, companies, offices etc which is good for a business trip. Decent cafes close by Easy to get a cab or free parking for your car. Patient and friendly staff, helpful as well.

Big room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Good location, close to the airport. Easy to park, even on the road.
Very central 👌! Situated in the middle of Medina. Very cozy and nicely decorated! Helpful personal 👌. For those who travel by 4x4. There is no private parking next to the hotel, you can park on the road, but is kind of narrow.
Beautiful, functional and comfortable room. Strong wifi thrghout the property, very good breakfast, very good coffee, very attentive and kind host. Dar Esma is an excellent starting place to explore the city. I would definetely stay again
