Calm area, very friendly owners who accepted a bit early checkin. Room is meticulously clean and spacious . We didn’t take breakfast as we don’t eat in the morning but the coffee was excellent as wel.
Rayong

Just a two minute walk from the beach, room was gorgeous and staff were friendly, patient and cooperative. I would recommend this motel to anybody staying in Ko Samed
The hotel is more a motel style than a hotel, with a huge swimming pool and bar, located away from the main street and run by Craig, an expat from Ireland, always nice to chat with. The breakfast is european style and the coffee machine can brew all you wish to start the day with. The room is very large, with a comfy bed mattress and pillows...good sleeping is guaranteed.
Comfy room. Staff was friendly. Scenic view of wongduen beach just outside the balcony. Good coffee and food at the restaurant. Relaxing mood along the time staying here with various private and shady atmosphere to take a rest. Sitting and listening to the sound of wave, looking at the stars in the sky at night here is what the way i did.
the environment, a very nice view from the balcony. Has the same setup for tv in the other rooms. Free parking, good wifi.
Very basic oversight stay. Motel style layout. Although it is beside bus terminal 1, all the busses you really want leave from terminal 2 about 9km away so watch out for that one! However there is a long tail taxi for 20thb to terminal 2 from terminal 1 every half hour or so..
Very good location. Hotel staff very polite. Room was very good, very clean, comfortable bed. Great shower. Very nice pool area, comfortable and relaxing with lovely sunsets also has a bar. Very good coffee shop. Across the road from the beach and some very good restaurants.
