Our hostess was super friendly and insisted carrying our bags upstairs. She stored our tandem bicycle in her garage. She even made us cups of Serbian coffee to warm us up on a rainy day. We had access to a shared kitchen. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Drobeta-Turnu Severin
Located in Drobeta-Turnu Severin, 30 km from Iron Gate I, Motel Hanul Balota provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar.
The nearest airport is Craiova International Airport, 103 km from the motel.
The room was clean, there was hot water and the bed was reasonably comfortable. I could park my motorcycle inside. The motel is managed by a friendly old couple and even if I don't speak Romanian well, we could talk a little bit in the morning before I left. For this price, if you are unpretentious, it's a good deal :)
An exceptional apartment. Completely restored. Free parking in front of the block. You have a view of the Danube from the balcony. The cleanliness of the apartment is a special story. The owner takes care of the cleanliness, so it's really embarrassing to get anything dirty. Unfortunately, we were just traveling through Milanovac and stayed only one night. I highly recommend it.

This place is so great to stay. The room is clean and cosy, there is small kitchen and even a table, so it's even possible to work remotely. Great view from the window and excellent food and wine in the restaurant.

Very good location nearby the Golubac fortress. Some room have river view. There is a free parking space just outside the house. The room was clean and confortable.
We have stayed here several times so far so we know the place. The apartments are close to the centre, there is a free parking place just opposite the hotel. Some of the apartments have a nice view of the city. It is fantastic especially in the evening with the sparkling lights. The kitchen is equipped with the basic equipment.
Nice place with all comfort one can need, with a very good location if one wants to visit the Golubac castle or to enjoy the nature around. The free parking and the restaurant were a noce addition.
The appartment is in the center, in the new building with free parking place. Very clean, spacious and everything is excellent
