Maggie at the front desk is an absolute delight and nothing was too much trouble. 10-15 min wander down to the CBD or a 2 min drive. Absolutely spotless room, probably the cleanest motel I've ever stayed in. Will definitely stay there again next time I go to Taupo.

La primera opció que ens vàren donar va ser Dixie Browns i molt bé, a 5 minuts de l'hotel. El tornaria a triar si torno a Taupo.

You can look the lake from room.The location is very good, and it is close to the busy business district. The Reef Resort Motel offers self-contained accommodation on the edge of the Lake Taupo. The property features an outdoor heated freshwater pool and a thermal pool with a hot tub. Spacious rooms, great equipped and tv's that work so well. The pool and smaller hotpool are nice and warm. Everyone is quiet and respectfull and kind. The woman at the front desk was very hospitable. Would recommend!
