It is in a sunny spot, but there is some road noise as it's near a junction although most of the time this isn't an issue. It's about a 5 min or less walk to the beach and about a 15 min walk/short drive to the Treaty Grounds or similar in opposite direction to town. Owners were very friendly and knowledgeable about places to visit in the area. Very spacious room Great shower Loads of kitchen equipment if needed

Colonial House Motel yang tenang ini terletak di tengah taman, hanya 10 menit berjalan kaki dari Sungai Kerikeri. The rooms were very clean, bedroom is a bit tight (no space for suitcases to open), the lounge area though is large enough. The location is very quiet and in a very well-kept, beautiful complex.

The Ash Grove terletak di Bay of Islands, hanya 3 menit berkendara dari tepi pantai Paihia Waitangi. Hotel ini menawarkan Wi-Fi gratis dan taman yang tenang dengan kolam renang besar. Grange & Bronwyn are excellent hosts, the pool the yard was top notch.

Kauri Park terletak di taman sub-tropis yang rimbun, menawarkan kolam renang outdoor dan unit-unit dengan bathtub spa. Motel ini memiliki Wi-Fi gratis dan parkir pribadi gratis. Spacious and clean room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room has window screens and regular pest control so no bugs or insects. Host is super friendly. Averill Court Motel offers spacious self-contained accommodation, only 150 metres from Paihia Beach. All rooms are built around a central pool area with spa pool, swimming pool and sun terrace. Very clean facilities and just 3 mins from the beach. Super helpful staff.

Just 100 metres from Paihia Beach, this motel offers self-contained accommodation with access to a shared patio, a garden with outdoor seating and free unlimited WiFi. Cozy room near the sea and the center, the owner was super nice. I had to switch dates and he did without charging me anything. Room was clean and had everything you need. Bathroom too.

Dolphin Motel is centrally located just 100 metres from Paihia wharf. All rooms feature a stovetop, fridge and satellite TV. Guests enjoy up to 2GB of free WiFi. The hostess was so considerate and approachable, I was so grateful responding on my requests.😊🥂 Will definitely be back there.🎉
