There is a shared bathroom, but the doors lock, so it didn't bother me at all. Was great for my solo travel trip from America. While this isn't walkable to the city center or restaurants, the bus picks up right across the street at the hospital, and it's only about a 20 minute (beautiful!!) ride to the city center.
