Situated along the river Geul and 500 metres from the historical centre of Valkenburg, Marx Motel offers studios with either a balcony overlooking the river or a terrace overlooking the courtyard with swimming pool. It also offers a fitness area, children's playground and library. Everything was great. The owner was great, super communication. Right in the heart of the lovely town.

Excellent base to explore surrounding area as on border of Germany and Holland. Close enough to Maastricht to nip in and amazing Valkenburg.

Free parking nice breakfadt
We were there to attend a wedding. Unfortunately we got there late due to heavy traffic, but the hosts didn't mind. It's not far from the city center of Maastricht, by car just a few minutes away. Our hosts were happy to suggest places for dinner and even offered to borrow us their hair tools while preparing to go to the wedding. Free parking, a large garden. Would stay there again.
This bed and breakfast is located in a small beautiful village close to the Belgium border. Check in was contactless and easy using key boxes. The house is beautiful and comes with a big terraced yard. Free parking spots. Breakfast buffet was varied, very tasty and comes with personalized eggs.

Friendly welcome and a comfortable room. We enjoyed the bar for a nightcap and the optional breakfast in the morning. We asked for information about buses into the city, there was a temporary replacement route, the staff kindly ensured we had the right info. Maastricht is lovely, we greatly enjoyed our evening in the city. Free parking at the hotel and good WiFi.

It's a lovely abbey and we've stayed here in the past multiple times. The room had a desk and two chairs which were very important for us as we work remotely.
