It's a nice cozy hotel. Good value for the money, clean, comfortable bed, and helpful staff. I arrived later past midnight and the owner waited for and helpful with information to get to the hotel, easily accessible. Very quiet and easy to get to the shopping malls with grab. I enjoyed myself. Toilet in the room. Highly recommend.

Just a 10-minute walk to Gurney Drive, Goodhope Hotel Kelawei is located in Jalan Kelawai, Penang. It features free parking, a garden and cosy air-conditioned rooms with a TV. The staff was really friendly and helped us with all our questions. They even stayed longer so we could check in late coming from Thailand. Basic room but had everything that we needed.
