Everything one block to beach big room everything working new bed comfy pillow s new paint very nice maid service when staying here pay here for cheaper room rate and stay for 7nites it's 27dollars per nite I unfortunately paid for 7nites was given that rate but upon arrival the price went up because I booked it through you guy and I'm a little upset that in ur ad it DIDN'T say plus taxes I've only ever used you guys and have never had a problem but when you tell me that the total price is the total price that's what I was expecting to pay when I arrive there for costing me an extra 60 USD in witch I could of spent in the EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES OF EVERYTHING HERE FOOD BEER ECT if you don't have a car then your left with EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES at 7/11or OXXO if you want to go into Centro buy taxi it's 100 pesos each way and can add up if you want to go to a major supermarket you have to walk 4 to 6blocks to get to one if you Wana take the bus is only 1.

A/C worked great. Comfortable bed, clean towels, no smells. I'll be back in a few months and stay here again. Staff were amazing. Probably only 1 Star rated hotel, but they give 5 Star service. Price was way below what I would expect. FYI, I was there for a week.
It was so centrally located and I was able to go to eat delicious food nearby and go the Karoake at Muelle 7 Mariscos & Bar. It was the bomb. I enjoyed staying at the Motel Encuentro.
I liked the location for nightlife, food, distance from border, etc. Price was the most affordable, exterior is down right ghetto but the room was clean and modern enough, zero "roomates"(bugs). Wifi was very acceptable, mattress was modern 10", shower was hot enough. Tv is 50" but not cable but rather over the air digital. I'm fine with that. I got COZI TV after I finagled the antenna placement. It's really a "motel" but priced accordingly. Daniel the night guy is very helpful and speaks great english.

to have a restaurant and a bar at the same location, was awesome! basic hotel/motel with the basic amenities, no frills. very pleasant courtyard where you could hang out in the couches sitting area to talk on phone or text
It’s more a motel than hotel. It’s close to downtown but location feels dangerous
Our stay was incredible! Matt went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was stunning, spacious and had everything we needed - fast wifi, good coffee, hot shower and the bed was the most comfortable bed we have slept on maybe ever. Not to mention the breathtaking view of the vineyard and sunset. We loved being able to use the shared kitchen and cozy fire pit. We would stay again in a heartbeat.
This is your basic motel. Nothing special, but convenient. I have been there twice and I would return.

Well located motel that allows dogs. A good place to stay if you have an appointment with a local veterinarian. There is parking directly in front of each unit if you choose to drive over the border - be sure you have insurance to drive into Mexico! Small restaurant offering a good, Mexican-style breakfast that was very inexpensive. Other meals offered at other times of the day. Other restaurants and quickie marts a short walk away. There is a small plunge pool and patio for warm weatherCentrally located.
