The staff at the reception, both the girl and the boy, were incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Medina, offering beautiful views and easy access to explore the city. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a great stay. I highly recommend Hotel Maram for its excellent hospitality and central location I'll definitely be returning!
