Situated in Yangyang, within 500 metres of Naksan Beach and 2.1 km of Seorak Beach, Naksanstay features accommodation with a terrace as well as free private parking for guests who drive. As soon as I walked into the room I felt so comfortable and at home. The room looked adorable, it was spotlessly clean, and had everything you would need for a longer stay. Sadly I was only there one night, but I would return without hesitation if I’m ever in the area again. The location is perfect, so close to the beach, temple, a bus stop and convenience stores.

Comfortable hotel room close to the Seoraksan park entrance. The room is simple but they offer amenities like soap, tooth brushes, towels etc. There are also complementary cup noodles and sodas. The owners are so lovely, they let us store our luggage while we went for a hike, and then offered to drive us back to the city afterwards!

Located within 7.2 km of Seorak Waterpia and 8.9 km of Daepo Port, The Red House offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Sokcho. A very good experience! The red house is a very special place, mostly thanks to its very special and friendly host. We had a very good time here, and found the service offered to have a very good value for money. The house is at a walking distance from the national park and the bus going between there and Sokcho passes every 20-25 minutes. A small store is conveniently located at 200 meters from the Red house, and remains open until 23:00. The host was extremely gentle, even for Korean standards, and kindly replied to all our (sometimes unnecessary) questions. I recommend visiting his manga/manhua collection in the basement.
