Just a well-run Ibis Hotel. Staff were great. Location pretty good. We needed a place to chill after some very hot days on the road. Great place to watch the sunset from the terrace of their sky lounge. Brilliant in fact.

Good location if you have a early flight to catch. But nothething to do around… It is a sort of motel and planes flight over the hotel (noice). There was a couple of things broken in our room and we regret there there was no family room (we had to book 2 separates rooms instead).
Nice breakfast with good coffee and bread! ! It's always disappointing in a 4star hotel though, to pour a glass of juice, only to discover that it's not juice, but syrup. That said, it was possible to get a glass of fresh juice on request.
We had a great and unforgettable stay here, so we would definitely recommend it! Borja and Yuyun built a small paradise for their guests and made us truly feel at home. Waking up with the sound of the waves, an amazing view and good coffee, who needs more? The bed was comfortable and clean, and you have your own private terrace in front. The place is a bit remotely located (which is actually really nice), so we rented scooters to get around the Island.
Beautiful view of the forest from the balcony. Our rooms were comfortable and had creative inspiration from nature which we liked alot. Good food and very good coffee. Rooms were very clean. Garden was also clean (not to take for granted in Bukit Lawang or Indonesia) and beautiful with lots of flowers and a pond. Very helpful and friendly staff. A think it is a genuinely good place to stay.
