I was a bit scared after reading all reviews here, but my stay was above expectations. My single room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Good internet connection - was able to use zoom. Even though I was few hours early - the room was ready. I was handed an RFID-chip and went straight to the room. Shower looked new and worked perfectly. Free parking on-site. Great value for money for a single room. I'd definitely come back for a short stay.
