They made such a positive first impression and continued to exceed expectations throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, quiet and had everything you needed. The outdoor space for breakfast was heaven and felt very luxurious. Breakfast was great. And we rented bikes for the day from the hotel – what a great perk. We had a challenge with the bike, where the chain was not tight enough so it came off the gears. I stopped at a bike shop to get it fixed because we were too far away. When we got back to the hotel, I told them about the problem and they immediately reimbursed me for the charge.
