The rooms were clean and equipped with all a person can need in a short stay. The information about rules, internet, help etc. all was displayed in room at places where it should be.
The owner was very friendly and helpful and suggested me some good places to visit. She informed me about a weekly fair which was very good and I bought many reasonable priced beautiful jewelry from there. Don't forget to bargain in local markets.

Providence Bay
Huron Sands Motel and Restaurant is offering accommodation in Providence Bay. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, room service and an ATM, along with free WiFi. The drive is serene and the location is walking minutes away from the harbour. The rooms are clean, the service was above and beyond both by the restaurant at Huron Sands and the rooms. The owner and the staff gave us the best experience. Kindness and humbleness go a long way, so does smiling and they never refrained from it.

It had everything needed for an overnight stay, it was clean and had a proper desk, it's an older motel but is well kept up. There is a restaurant (diner) beside it that you can walk to, and an outdoor space to hang if you are in a group.
Very central, with easy access to everything. Having a grocery store right next door was a huge plus for me because I have allergies and cannot eat in restaurants. Free parking right outside our door was convenient for unloading the car. Clean.
Felt like recently renovated rooms with great kitchenette facilities for self catering. Good location to transport main road and very short distance into local town. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the motel would defo stay again if visiting the island. Top marks all round to the facilities’ team.
Perfect location, warm welcome and kind staff. Motel goes the extra mile with accommodations (bbq, plates and cutlery, coffee and tea). Gorgeous view of the sunset from the muskoka chairs out front. Fell asleep listening to the frogs out both windows with a nice cool cross breeze. The suggestion to go to Loco Beanz for breakfast was thoughtful. We had dinner at Elliot’s in Little Current (try the flatbread!) I can’t wait to stay here again.
Wonderful little motel. It had all I needed for a 2 night stay with plenty of room to set up a work desk, and lots of coffee. The owners (I'm sorry I'm gapping on names) were lovely. Very helpful with local recommendations.
its a motel. no more, no less. very clean tidy almost like new. tim Hortons across the road and a great little diner 2 minutes walk away
It was nice and quiet. We had the motel basically to ourselves.
Comfortable new motel a short walk from downtown and the waterfront! While it was across from a Tim Hortons and next to a relatively busy road, you don’t really hear anything in the room. Check in is easy using the keypad on the door.

Great Motel, excellent service, strategic location. The owner goes great lengths to make your stay perfect. Good beds, spacious room, guiet nights. Very good wifi, even outdoors. Nice BbQ en terrace available to sit and eat outside. Good coffee and tea provisions in your room. We loved it!
