Every room at this motel is air conditioned and features a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Certain rooms include a seating area where you can relax. You will find a coffee machine in the room. Every room is equipped with a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. The staff was very helpful and kind to interact with. The room was very clean with most things we needed, and everything else was accessible in the main office. Justin helped us out upon check in and was great to chat with.

It didn't feel like it was a Motel. Our room had a high ceiling. Comfortable beds. Clean washroom. Spacious room for 3 people. Will definitely recommend.
Location was excellent with free parking. Kitchen good bedrooms were a little small not enabling easy unpacking.
The Dorothy Motel is a beautiful space in an awesome location, just 15-20 minute walk to downtown Banff. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. This was a great base location for exploring Banff and the surrounding national parks. I would absolutely stay again!
The location of the motel is great. Apart from a hotel, it is also a gas station, a shop and a restaurant. Also it has a decent WiFi in an area where there is no mobile phone coverage.

The room and bathroom are clean although the motel is old and renovated. Good mountain view from the room.
One of my favorite hostels i've ever stayed at. Super functionnal with plenty of space in the dorms. A clean and functional kitchen. Plenty of free parking. Beautiful views from the lounge area. Loved it!
