Everything was great! We were the only guests at the hotel and were welcomed and tended to with lots of love and care. The staff were wonderful, the rooms clean and beautiful, we received a warm specially cooked breakfast every morning and free parking. The location was great and I was overall incredibly impressed. Best hotel in Borovets!!!

10/10 Located is perfect, the hotel offered a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable stay. Everything that we tried from the restaurant was delicious and also the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Perfect if you are working remotely. There is a space with plugs where you can work from and enjoy your time.

Perfect location, 7-10 minutes walk to gondola, free parking in front of the building, nice balcony, very quiet. The apartment is spacious, has a very comfy bed, and a well-equipped kitchen (there was some tea and 2 capsules for the coffee machine so we had a good start on the first morning, you can get capsules in the local shop, but there is a good cafe machine on the ground floor of the building). The Internet was working well, and check-in and out was smooth (key in a safe box).

Great staff - very polite and very welcoming. Stanislav and Katia makes you feel you are at your own home. Spacious, clean and comfortable room with balcony overlooking the beautiful surrounding mountains. Free parking space and in both sides of the hotel there were supermarkets. If you are planning to go to Borovets, I think this is a better option than the overpriced resort hotels and only 10 - 12 minutes by car from the slopes. Delicious home made food for dinner

Fast check-in and check out. Found free parking space. Good size room with comfortable beds, split bathroom is a plus. The wifi worked perfectly in the room - including live streaming. Breakfast and dinner very diverse and good quality food. You can find something for everyone.The spa area is clean with a few saunas. Loved the salt sauna. Warm pool and jacuzzi. Ski equipment can be rented from the hotel.

The room was clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were amazing every single day. The hotel has free parking and sauna. They have a room near the entrance to keep your ski equipment which is very convenient.
