Boasting a lovely garden and free Wi-Fi. Lemon Tree Passage Motel is just 5 minutes’ walk from Lemon Tree Passage Marina. It offers air-conditioned rooms. No fuss check-in. The room was spacious, spotless and comfy bed. Well-equipped kitchenette and the toilet is very clean. Easy load/unload; parking is right in front of the room. Jason was very friendly and helpful in attending to our last-minute request.

Just a 2 minutes' drive from the Pacific Highway, Sleepy Hill Motor Inn offers free high-speed WiFi and free on-site parking. Excellent motel, well presented, clean , quiet and very comfortable. We stayed two nights and used the laundry and the swimming pool.

Boasting an on-site restaurant and bar, Colonial Terrace Motor Inn is a 5-minute walk from Raymond Terrace Market Place. It features a swimming pool, free Wi-Fi and rooms with flat-screen cable TV. We really enjoyed the facilities. The beds were comfortable and it was suitable for a family of 6 (there was only 4 of us but enough beds for 6 comfortably - plus no bunks 🙂). We only stayed overnight and had an enjoyable time. The pool was night and the grounds kept beautifully.

Just 5 minutes’ walk from Nelson Bay Wharf, Seabreeze Hotel features a restaurant and bar with a sunny patio. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free parking. Pleasantly surprised that the hotel was well furnished and extremely comfortable. Not what was expected from a ‘pub’ room.

Situated in Nelson Bay, 700 metres from Little Beach, Nelson Palms features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. Great location walking distance into Nelson Bay and to our son who lives in Shoal Bay. Accommodation clean and perfect for our needs.

Karuah Gardens Motel offers accommodation in Karuah. Free covered private parking is available on site. The property is set on spacious lawns and gardens, and there is a BBQ area. Excellent stay highly recommend.

Offering free WiFi and free parking, Karuah Riverside Motel is located in the town centre. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The room was clean and very big with seperate bedrooms. Damian and Lisa are very nice people.

Sir Francis Drake, located in Heatherbrae, offers a seasonal outdoor pool. The property occupies 5 acres of landscaped grounds and features conference rooms and free on-site parking. by far the best motel we stayed in Australia. Nice and very spacious rooms and huge parking per room directly in front of the room. Beautiful garden and pool area, the garden is really big and incredible. Very peaceful and the rooms are quiet too
