Very cozy and nice cabin with enough space for three adults. Everything was clean. The heating system was quite competent to heat up all the rooms.

Simple but clean motel. Internet didn't work properly, but staff was very helpful. Tea and cutlery available. Location was good, near Phillip island, quiet but with some restaurants nearby.
My recent stay at The Waves Apartments was pleasant and hassle-free. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable night's sleep. The staff were friendly and check-in was efficient. While the motel didn't have extensive facilities, the location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, it was a good value for money and suited my needs perfectly for a short stay.

I liked how when I arrived I told the manager what I was needing due work space the room I had booked so I was shown a more suitable room for me and I was moved into that room no worries , the manager James was very friendly and helpful with future bookings as I worked on the island monthly so I have booked 2 more months ahead and have a earlier check in time as well I highly recommend this motel when going to stay at Phillip Island

Located in a nice area and within walking distance to beach and town. The motel appears to be an older 70s style that has been refurbished and our room was nicely fitted out that extended into the bathroom. The room was clean and the grounds are nice. Id probably stay again.

The location of the property was excellent, just a short walk to the middle of town and the beach. Our room was a motel room at the front of the property and even though it was close to the road, it was very quiet. The camp kitchen was right behind us and was clean and well maintained. The staff were very approachable and friendly. I would certainly stay there again.
