Some of the cottages feature an open log fire and a hot tub. The room was spacious with very good storage space. The bathroom was nicely updated and clean. The historic building is interesting and cozy. Christine, at the front desk, is the kind of person who makes travel fun.

Best Western Motel Warrnambool is 9 minutes' drive from Logans Beach, where you can see whales and their calves between late May and early October each year. The motel is 17-minute walk from Merri River and a 5-minute walk from Centro Warnambool. the space was huge, perfect for us as a family of five. It was also a super warm and cosy place to spend a last minute winter getaway. Would happily stay here again.
