The room is clean. In fact, the whole facility is clean. The bathroom is ventilated well. The room has a good bed, good pillows, and a quiet AC; I had a very good sleep thanks to that combination.

Friendly staff, and the location simply put is just so convenient right at the front beach surrounded with res&bars. It has a garden with quite nice trees, feels like I've been staying at some high end American Motels. Very strong wifi for workations, very clean room & fridge. You can't ask for more with the budget.
Ultra clean, very large spaces. Location, try the Montana Cafe on the road behind the hotel, accessible from the 6 floor entrance for great views across the bay and sunsets. With your back to the hotel, ask to stay on the left hand side of the hotel, otherwise your view will be obscure by the tower.
Breakfast was quite good (there was Pho the cuisine I like most on the day I stayed).
Hotel has separate areas for rooms and pipe houses. Swimming pool is very good, free parking.
Worth the price after all.
The apartment was quiet which was a good thing for me because I work remotely at night and sleep during the day. It’s also not that far from the beach and nice restaurants.
Staff was very nice. We arrived early and our room is available for early check-in too. Spacious family room with 2 large beds. Buffet breakfast was great, a lot of choices and food was delicious. Great swimming pool. They have free parking area, I booked a slot but eventually did not use though.
The family running the Motel were lovely, the location was excellent less than 10 minutes to the Ferry for Con Dao. The room and facilities were great & very clean.
Lotte Mart is just a few steps from this complex, some good restaurants, the beach at a walking distance. The location is quite good to the beach. The swimming pool upstairs, even the water is not very clean. The owner is very helpful and ready to resolve the issues remotely (since she lives in Saigon, some 90 km away).
