Very cozy room, with huge and comfy bed. Nice pool to cool down after the hot weather in Hoi An. Tasty breakfast with different options and really good coffee. The host helped us a lot with all that we needed, provided very good recommendations for local food and restaurants. Free bikes available to move around and to go to the beach, very convinient. Would definetely recommed to anyone visiting Hoi An.
I’ve stayed at many hotels, including more expensive ones, but this Hoi An villa was the best. It was ideal for relaxation, with a fantastic breakfast at the nearby Nourish Eatery and very friendly hosts. The room was clean, with excellent air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and good coffee. For more privacy, book a balcony room on the second floor; for an open feel, choose the ground floor. Enjoyed the convenience of watching TV with my MacBook via HDMI.

Fabulous. Staff so lovely especially Lien who's customer service is outstanding. Room was spacious and very quiet even being on the road side.
Breakfast was super delicious lots of fruit served first. Excellent location. Super handy having bicycles for guests.

The homestay in the center of Hoi an was super cozy and very clean. The family was always asking if we had any problems or if we need anything and they provided us amazing breakfast every morning with really good coffee and eggs (and whatever you wish!!). so for that good price we had amazing 3 day in Hoi an with recommendations by our hosts :) we would always come back! Thanks for being to kind

very nice breakfast , free bikes, private beach, nice, helpful and very proactive staff (remotely organized for us car from DA Nang with 4h visit to Marble Mountain in good price)
From the moment you arrive you are made feel so welcome. The 3 ladies on reception make sure you are looked after every day. The room was overlooking the water and a good size with a small patio. While we were on the road with a street food market out front if was quite. Big comfortable bed.
Loved the on-site spa, excellent therapists.
The location of the hotel is perfect, a little bit secluded from the busy city and beach life, but close enough for you to join in whenever you feel like it. Directly in front of rice paddies to enjoy a nice bike ride to the nearby coffee shops (great food, good coffee, awesome venue to chill).
Beds and pillows are super comfy, air conditioner works perfectly, each room has a balcony to enjoy a sun downer with a view to the river fields.
Bottom line: one of the best hotels we have stayed in Vietnam (until now) in our price range.
