This place is on the doorstep of where you need to start your Ha Long Bay experience. I arrived at night and couldn't believe the views, especially in the morning after waking up and making my way to the roof top. The hotel reception staff are unbelievably friendly and fluent in English. There are many places to eat close by, very close to Vincom Plaza and a park which is alive and buzzing with activity. They also do a very good coffee on the roof top.
Everything this motel was amazing one our best stays in Vietnam. Great breakfast options. We really loved this property. Comfortable bedding and pillows. This place has the WOW Factor.
Staff delivered exceptional service, smiles and went out of their way to ensure our trip was beyond expectations! Tommy, Cruise manager, and Jack, restaurant manager, were truly service-focused!

4. It was a bit cold and AC heating worked in the rooms, so it was comfy to stay and sleep there

The motel is new and the rooms are perfectly clean. We had a cruise in the morning and the motel is just on the port.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was also very good and there was good coffees and drinks on downstairs cafe. Our room was very big and nice. Could recommend this to everyone.
The room is so clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. We will come back to stay at this motel again if we come to Ha Long in the future.
