This was a very last minute booking with a late arrival, after our travel plans unexpectedly fell through. Arriving at night after a long, trying day and many hours on the road we wanted safety, familiarity & comfort with excellent customer service - the Sheraton delivered.
The motel is quite simple, we walked down to Ninh Kieu wharf for about 10 minutes, there are many restaurants in that area, room prices are cheap compared to other areas so we didn't ask for anything else.
The staff was nice and helpful and the motel is located in good spot not far away from the interesting points of Can Tho. The room was simple and okay. Is a good place to stay for one night or two and you don´t want to spend a lot of money. They also can get some tours and motorbikes at a reasonable price.
The hotel was ideally situated for walking into the city. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were keen to make sure your stay was perfect. Great pools, a fitness gym, and bikes to borrow - if you're brave enough to go on the roads - we weren't! Breakfast was plentiful and loads of choice. And definitely recommend the 'Explore the Mekong' boat trip.
The location was great its few minutes walk from Nink Kieu Quay and the night market. The cafe below sells good coffee too. Staff was super helpful and friendly
