Office not open when stated. No coffee maker or kettle in the room. No paper cups available to use in the microwave. Couldn’t get the television to turn on. Didn’t realize that the tv, fridge and microwave are all connected by an hidden extension cord and you had to plug the microwave in to turn on the tv! Who would’ve known!

Exceptional staff, all hands on deck to ensure cleanliness every day we were there. A lot to offer in the motor lodge style property. Excellent owner, quickly attentive to any questions and genuinely friendly. Also close to the downtown area, walking a few blocks was easy.
Love being on the lake, great location. The hotel and motel have had a few updates over the years but definitely need more. The pools are clean and in great condition!
The motel was great! The pool is huge (got some good exercise in) & the breakfast was delicious. We got to make our own waffles & that’s always fun! The room was a great size & the motel is literally a 2 minute walk (or less) from downtown Wisconsin Dells. We will definitely be staying here again!
This is certainly an upgrade from the former motel in this location. Compared to other lodging options in the area, this was priced at a much more affordable rate and better quality than other options with similar rates. The bed was comfortable enough.
Check in went well. Staff was friendly. The room was clean with nice towels and bedding. Beds were comfortable. We chose a traditional motel room although nicer suites were available. The price was very affordable. The breakfast room and the food choices were amazing with a beautiful view of the river and woods along Riverwalk. This was our second visit and we will definitely be back!
The motel # that we stayed in was fairly close, but not close enough to walk. There were enough towels for 2 of us. The floors had laminate rather than carpet. Nice to have a tv and remote that worked.
Staff is super friendly. Motel is very clean and housekeeping doing phenomenal job, they even make our beds daily, and we really appreciate it.
Lobby had coffee pots with tasty coffee. Even decaf coffee was available at a later time of the day. Wild Zoo tickets were included. That's a lot of savings !
I stayed by myself for a solo trip. I really enjoyed my stay. It was a really cute and clean motel that provided everything I needed for my short stay. The room was minimal, but I spent most of my time outside the room, so it was perfect for just sleeping and showering. Having a fridge and microwave was nice. The super cute pool area was kept clean.
The motel was clean & well kept. The exterior was welcoming. The staff was seen tidying about the place, especially the pool area. Its location was perfect for being able to walk along Broadway to the shops & attractions.
We enjoyed the low profile of this motel. Clean, kind people, quiet and all we needed was there. Great location to stay at. Convenient to walk downtown and find places to eat, shop and feel safe. Great value. Bed was comfortable. Managers was very friendly. Woukd stay here again.
