Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
The bed was very comfy. The room was a very large room with a refrigerator and a microwave. The motel is also close to a convince store as well as a restaurant. We went to go to some of wilkes barres state parks and the Fairfield by marriot was very close to 3 of them.
Well kept motel. Very clean, quiet and convenient. Room was perfect and walkin shower was terrific.
Only complaint would be the breakfast. Everything was carbs, no main protein like eggs and sausage. There was only packects of cream cheese for a protein. . English muffin seemed stale. Only apples no bananas or oranges
I loved and appreciated the kitchen and little dining nook. The bed was comfortable and location was great. It was my first stay at Motel 6 and I will definitely stay at this location again!
I have a friend that lives in Wilkes-Barre, sadly due to his wife being very ill we did not meet.
The Motel was very handy for Route 81, our next port of call for Harrisburg.
All going well!
The staff were very helpful 🙂!
I was greeted cheerfully by Amanda at the front desk. She was pleasant and efficient. The room was clean and just what I needed for one night. I also liked the desk space in the room. The motel itself is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping.
We have stayed at one of the Red Roof Inn motels several times and this was probably the best. You could see, at least in our room, that it was well maintained. We have something to compare it to. We were only here for one night on our trip.
We were pleasantly surprised by Wilkes-Barre itself.
