I looked for a clean hotel with no smoking smell and I got one. The guy that checked in was very pleasant and kind.
Just 6 miles from Memphis International Airport, this Southaven motel features an outdoor seasonal pool. Spacious guest rooms include cable TV with the HBO movie channel.
Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.
This place is spotless. I was shocked. There wasn’t even a piece of trash in the parking lot. The rooms are huge and clean. They smell good. The bed is comfy. Incredible value. Honestly I’ve not seen that kind of value in an outside entry motel ever in my life.
Our choice was made on a cost basis, which was good because we had a car.

Was plesantly surprised by this motel. It was a very reasonable rate and close to the freeway so we were a little concerned about noise, but it turned out to be very quiet (except for doors banging). The internal hallway meant you couldn't hear the freeway, which was fantastic. Breakfast was also surprisingly reasonable.
The room was not clean the tub was dirty trash on the floor. Mold in the bathroom ceiling. I had to go to the store and get cleaning supplies to clean with. I asked for a refund but it seems that Booking and the Hotel was in cahoots with eachother and I wasnt able to get my money back. I understand that it wasnt the Hiltons but damn at least clean the room. Housekeeping lady told me that they dont clean the rooms well because the owner dont pay them well. Bad business! I will never stay at another Motel 6 again.
This motel is cleaner and more fresh and contemporary than many hotels. We were very impressed from the moment We arrived. The staff was friendly, the room was immaculate, and the parking lot was well lit. (The latter especially matters when your daughter’s belongings are packed in the back of a vehicle for a cross-country move.)
