Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
The staff called to check in with us and arrange for our later-than-anticipated arrival. The motel is a great retro location and experience. It still uses real keys for the doors!
Don’t rate this motel based on the dated look of the outside facility. The room was nicely furnished, exceptionally clean, well maintained, and bed was very comfortable. Reasonably priced.
This is an older motel but it's been well kept and offers good value for the price.
Don't expect bells and whistles but it is a good spot for a one night stay while traveling.
This was one of the cleanest motels I have ever stayed in. They came in and made up my room after the 1st night, I liked the in-shower shampoo and body wash, and they had tissues in the bathroom. So many motels don't provide tissues anymore. I did not find an ice machine or pop machine but it wasn't needed thus trip.
The hotel is very nice. Nicest place in Wells Nevada. Breakfast was a bonus, and even though it was continental we were able to leave with a hot coffee for on the road.
The price was very reasonable. We had 2 very comfortable beds and there was a microwave and a fairly large mini-fridge. The place was very clean and they had put in new windows and the bathroom tub tiles were very new. I would definitely recommend The Sharon Motel to anyone. PS We even heard the train whistle a few times during the evening.
