Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
The motel was in a safe part of town. I did not have any concerns leaving my car overnight, and although there was nothing within walking distance in terms of food, there were options within a 10 minute drive.
the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was crisp and clean. The white bedspread looked brand and the bed was so comfortable. We slept like babies! When checking out, the front desk staff greeted us with big smiles and asked how our stay was. They knew before they asked. I give this place a 10. For a budget priced motel you can’t get any better than this. We lucked out on this one.
Basic, clean motel just right for a stop-over stay while traveling to our destination. Adequate room size, given the age of the building. Nicely updated. Suffers a bit from a musty smell common in motels. But the smell disapates when the heat is turned on.
Stayed in the Burrstone Inn just for one night, on our way from Niagara Falls to Boston. Room was very good (for a motel/inn kind of staying): very large, fantastic super king size bed, with sofa and table, kind of a mini suite. Very confortable. We stayed only for the night so cannot comment on other amenities, except for the bar/restaurante where a karaoke performance was taking place: great fun there and no noise into the room.
This place was great. I travel alot by myself and I felt very secure, and very comfortable. The staff was able to answer all my questions (i.e. Where is the nearest laundry mat) and was extremely helpful. Always with a smile. The room was very clean and quite. I don't think I have ever had a more comfortable bed in a hotel or a motel ither.
