The breakfast was average. My problem & complaint is with the management. I travel a lot. I was staying for 3 nights for a family reunion. I arrived at 2:00. I was told my room was ready, but if I wanted to check in I would have to pay $30 for an early arrival. It was only 1 hour early. I always stop at the hotel/motel where I'll be staying when I first arrive in town. If the room is ready, I've always been allowed to check in. I have never been charged extra. I most definitely would never stay there again.

We did not use the breakfast option. The location was very close to the dental office for our appointments which is the reason we chose this motel. The staff was friendly.

Everything was ok, the room & bed were clean and the full breakfast at Denny's was good plus the waitress was super as she was very helpful, telling us the information a desk clerk should have, because in the morning the motel had no staff for the checkout, no coffee so it was up to some other guest to direct us to Denny's.

I liked the fellow who checked me in. He was pleasant, professional, and had a sense of humor. His attitude made up for me having to wait for the office to open back up as he was alone and had to deal with some plumbing and housekeeping issues left over from the day shift. Management needs to have more than one staff on duty during the busiest check-in times. At first, I appreciated the fact he was armed and provided security as well. Usually, I just love Motel 6 and have never been disappointed before now.

everything. warm pool room showers pool jacuzzi dining room vouchers staff rooms comfy beds. The crackhead motel 6 far across the big street attracts the druggies so the Silverstone is more pleasant and not upsetting.
