The rooms had clearly been updated, so it was nicer than I expected for a motel. The bed was clean and comfortable. The staff were really nice and helpful.
We stayed in the motel section, and it was super cute. No frills, but I loved the mid-century feel of the room, and everything was so quiet and calm. Perfect for when you’ve had a long day at the beach and you just want to relax.
I hadn't visited a Lake Michigan beach town before, and I loved everything about this place. The room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and equipped with in-room coffee maker and micro/fridge, and new TV. You can tell the age of the building I stayed in (single queen) by the motel-style architecture from the outside, but inside it felt perfect. I wish the weather had been warmer so I could've tried the pool and hot tub. They looked great. Love the view of the lake from the bluff.
Unbelievable views and sunsets. Motel sits 70 feet above Lake Michigan. Nice recreation room. Would be a nice place to get married with a large building for the reception.
Was one of the few motels available at this time because of Holland Tulip Festival. Convenient location for us. Older motel, but had inexpensive vending machines and a laundry. I had stayed here 7 years ago. It had everything we needed for a one night stay on a bicycle trip.
