The location is around the corner of the Car Rental Return Center. The location is great to stay when you have to fly out. Th e bed is good , the shower is good and there is parking....what else does one need?

Nothing, STAY DAR AWAY From this property. It is unsafe for visitors and the staff is extremely unhelpful as well as having family members loitering around the lobby and at the checkout desk.

Terrible place, dirty rooms, and irresponsible management!
I stayed at this hotel a few months ago and, unfortunately, decided to book it again through Booking. The biggest mistake! The rooms are dirty everywhere — unwashed floors, stained carpets, dirty and old bed linen. The bathroom has mold, a bad smell, and garbage. Clearly, cleaning is a rare thing here.
Centrally located in Seattle, just 10 minutes’ drive from the Space Needle. All guest rooms include free Wi-Fi. Cable TV is featured in each room at La Hacienda Motel.
Located in West Seattle, this motel is 10 minutes' drive from Alki Beach and Central Seattle. It offers a continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and rooms with a 32-inch flat-screen TV.
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
The facility is very clean, I did not see any single trash outside the area, room smells clean, not musty. I felt safe, not like other economy motel. This motel is clean and quiet, not sketchy. Other motels with this price is musty, dirty and sketchy.
I will stay again in my next visit to Seattle. Not luxury hotel but, practical stay
Clean, inexpensive, well run old school hotel/motel on old Hwy 99 aka Pacific Avenue, just south of Seatac airport, near an easy on-ramp south to Tacoma, WA. Perfect spot if you intend to visit both Seattle and Tacoma.
We only spent a few hours overnight before going back for an early morning flight.
Check-in clerk was friendly.
Big deal was the shuttle back. I told the clerk what time we wanted to leave, but was worried about whether there would be a driver, since it was a very small motel.
The clerk the next morning said she was our driver, when I checked, and she was very good; was even ready to leave early. Very friendly.
I saw no breakfast, but didn't look for one. It's in a convenient location to quickly get to the airport car rental return center which is one of the reasons I chose this motel.
Conveniently located near the airport with a shuttle bus (the driver is fantastic and very accommodating!). The room is what you expect for an airport motel!
