There was always plenty of hot water, parking was fine, there was a nice sized little fridge and microwave. The staff are friendly. The shower, toilet and sink area were very clean. Beds were reasonably comfortable.
Days Inn by Wyndham Arroyo Grande/Pismo Beach offers an outdoor pool & hot tub to guests. The Grover Beach Area is less than 2 miles away. Guest rooms offer cable TV with free HBO & ESPN.

Loved the fresh coffee and the assortment of pastries
Located on the Pacific Boulevard in Oceano, California, this motel is 0.7 miles from Pismo State Beach and 4 blocks from the Oceano Dunes. Free Wi-Fi access is available.
Located only 3 miles from Pismo Beach, this motel is in the village of Arroyo Grande. The motel offers completely non-smoking guest rooms with free Wi-Fi and cable TV.
Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.
No Coffee and No Breakfast. Horrible customer service. No room cleaning service and no new towels provided for 3 night stay. I will never checking to that Motel 6. Don't waste your money on your stay at that location.
The room was okay, except for the loud vehicle noise repeatedly waking us all night. And the minimal staff presence was sad. Room price was reasonable at least. Although... it was way more like a Motel 6 experience. Nothing at all like any other Wyndham property we have visited. Wyndham? Really? Maybe we should have just booked a Motel 6 instead.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly and efficient and gave us good local information on where to eat and shop. The ‘mini suite’ was big with 2 rooms & bathroom. This is an older motel with private parking which I assume is a bonus in this area. The property could do with some modernizing/updating but having said that ‘bang for the buck’ it was perfect for a stop over en route north .. a very reasonable stay with the staff doing their best.
I liked the fact that the motel manager here at the Town and Country Inn in Santa Maria, CA minded his own business to a great extent. More so than elsewhere on Broadway.
