I liked that I got room 58, which is across from the office and not as creepy in the back bathroom window as the south part of the property's bathroom window-side. There's a thoroughfare back there in which staff like housekeeping, maids, management, third party contractors and/or maintenance men, racoons, police drones,nriff raffs, and armed suspects/convicts fleeing the law will frequent with foot traffic as you go number 2 in the toilet or shower your naked and exposed body - prime bait for Peeping Toms and paparazzi of levels up to actual "stalkerazzi." So I was happy to be given a room with 2 queen size beds all to myself. I liked that the water was near scalding hot, which I find necessary and for sanitary reasons okay and perfectly healthy, safe and normal and thus should be required everywhere. Keep it coming, Town and Country Inn! Good job on the good amenities you do provide, since there's tons of naysayers out there. It's too easy to complain. I'm a legitimate consumer. Straight up. Balanced. Happy.

Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.
No Coffee and No Breakfast. Horrible customer service. No room cleaning service and no new towels provided for 3 night stay. I will never checking to that Motel 6. Don't waste your money on your stay at that location.
The room was okay, except for the loud vehicle noise repeatedly waking us all night. And the minimal staff presence was sad. Room price was reasonable at least. Although... it was way more like a Motel 6 experience. Nothing at all like any other Wyndham property we have visited. Wyndham? Really? Maybe we should have just booked a Motel 6 instead.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly and efficient and gave us good local information on where to eat and shop. The ‘mini suite’ was big with 2 rooms & bathroom. This is an older motel with private parking which I assume is a bonus in this area. The property could do with some modernizing/updating but having said that ‘bang for the buck’ it was perfect for a stop over en route north .. a very reasonable stay with the staff doing their best.
I liked the fact that the motel manager here at the Town and Country Inn in Santa Maria, CA minded his own business to a great extent. More so than elsewhere on Broadway.
