Great location for our needs. Going to the Rosebowl parade and needed a place to sleep and park our truck and camper. Owner was so kind. He let us in our room hours before check in and said we could leave truck there until after parade.

Great price for a motel that has been remodeled and updated with modern decor. We could smell how clean our room was and enjoyed the spacious living area.
This was not the best motel ever but it was a great motel for the price. The place was clean it was pretty close to shopping and food and what made my stay better than anything was the kind employees super nice super honest and Ill definitely go back.
I really like and appreciate the owner and the housekeepers here, theyre really friendly and it’s very clean. The rooms have ample lighting that isnt that blue fluorescent lighting that motels are “upgrading” to that hurt your eyes/feel depressing after a while
Quite honestly this motel was the closest to us at the time. That is the only plus in this situation. I'm happy I could see my vehicle from my room. Oh...the AC worked great and the microwave was a plus.
The location vs price is unbeatable. It was even cheaper that a motel at the time I was staying at it (75 dollar). It's a bit weird since your basically sleeping the basement next to the very cute elderly couple who manages it. I do not know if they speak English but I was amused seeing them cook outside from our window.
