I can’t believe people would have complaints about this property. My room was exceptional. The bathroom had been renovated, and it was very spacious with a good shower . The bed was excellent. The room was comfortable and it was relatively quiet.The Staff was great….good location too.plenty of parking.

Signature Inn was a very nice place to stay! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot. The staff was very nice and helpful. There is on-site parking, which was very nice. Our car was safe all weekend! There are lots of good restaurants in the area as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was accessible to the places we wanted to see: 15-20 minutes walk to Fisherman's wharf and bigbus tour stop, 3-5 minutes walk to grocery and Walgreens. We felt safe walking at night and very early in the morning. Less traffic noise so we were able to sleep well.

There are two essential things when staying in SanFran - free parking spot and good location. La Casa Inn has both and it's also really good value for money! You can tell that the hotel is renovated and new. We felt safe here and it was also walking distance from famous SF spots - and if you do not want to walk, you can make it yourself easier with scooters (of course, drive responsibly on the road) which were always nearby.
Honestly the motel is great, it is well located, there are all the equipments you need plus free parking. The rooms have been renovated to a great standard, personnel is very nice. I would definitely recommend this motel and would defo go back, it is very much price for money.

This small motel is very good for what it is, that is if you're searching for reasonably priced accommodation with free parking in an expensive city, this is a very good option. While there's no pool, restaurant, etc, everything there is worked great for us.

The motel is a standard motor lodge type of motel. It's not fancy, but it is right in the Marina and includes free parking, which was a top priority for us as we were traveling by car. Our king room was comfortable and had a microwave and refrigerator. It wasn't luxurious, but it was clean and seems to have been refurbished within the past few years. We loved being walking distance to Chestnut Street and Union Street with all the shops and restaurants.
