Everything was great, Room nice and clean and really warm. My first room the lady put me in Heating was not working I let an hour go by and nothing so I decided to call it was around 9pm and she was so nice and switched my room with out even questioning.
Free Wi-Fi is included for all guests at the Knights Inn Salem. The State Capitol building and Willamette University are less than 10 minutes’ walk away.

Excellent customer service! Staff is friendly and always willing to help/accomodate you. Perfect location close enough to my mom to where we could easily help her take care everything after my dad's passing (he died 1/10 which is why we stayed at a motel). Needless to say it was a hard time for everyone. We got snowed in for a week, but it was super comfy here. No complaints! Love this place. Thank you so much!!!!

The pool is closed and it's just like a lot of the other dive motels. It's pretty clean and the staff is pretty nice. It's the best motel you can get for the price.
Everything was fine. It's a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Sound isolation is not great, like in almost every Inn and motel. Breakfast could be better. Overall, all good, but it is overpriced a bit in my opinion.
The physical structure of Travelers Inn is quite old. The management seems to be working on refurbishing and upgrades. The motel was fine for an overnight. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean and the area quiet.
Bath and body products OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING!! Everything seemed to be just excellent quality and non toxic... important to me with littles! Excellent streaming apps, HUGE TV! Pool and hot tub AMAZING! Continental breakfast CONTINUALLY STOCKED....WOW!! Excellent Coffee AWESOME staff! 🤗 Overall 5 ⭐️ quality @ Motel 6 price! We'll be back!!
