Check in and checkout was exceptional and very friendly. The room was a relaxing up north experience with unique lighting and decorating. The bathroom was updated and very clean. The little kitchenette area worked well and I loved the convenience of pulling right up to the entry door in my car. The restaurant they recommended in town was also excellent and very accommodating for gluten free. I would highly recommend a stay at this motel for the experience in the room itself. Great location too for a short or long stay in St. Ignas.

The second nite was cold outside. The unit did keep us warm. The shower was clean and water pressure was good; after it finally got warm, it was ok. Place has ramps making it accessible.

The motel was moderately priced for the area, and the staff was very accommodating, securing a room overlooking Lake Huron after our first night. Breakfast was good and the facility, although somewhat dated, was clean and met our expectations.

The location was good, breakfast was good. But the main reason I wanted to stay there was that at our last stay a few years ago was the bedding. It was the first time I ever stayed at a motel that provided very high end bedding. This stay there was just barely satisfactory bedding.

Room was very clean. Location was excellent, only a block or so from the ferries to go to Mackinac Island. We got discounted ferry tickets from the motel. Close to several restaurants.
