Nice motel accommodation with small swimming pool and Jacuzzi and friendly staff, located just outside St Helena on the main road. Comfortable room with air conditioning, separate lounge/kitchenette and view over adjacent vine yard. Good bed and bathroom. Lovely breakfast area offering continental breakfast options.
The breakfast was adequate. The food wasn't very warm and the selection wasn't great. I had the same choices, even more at a Chain Motel for FAR less money than I spent here.
We couldn't have asked for more: the motel was easy to find, it was near the wineries we wanted to visit, the room was clean and well set up. The neighborhood was pretty quiet.
The facilities were clean. The staff was friendly. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast. It was just what we needed to start our day. The price was affordable & the room was comfortable. It was a short walk to the shops in town. We were here touring the culinary school, and the motel was only a 6 min drive to the school. El Bonita was in a perfect location for our short trip! We will definitely be back.
It's a charming motel with a '50s vibe. Located closely to some of the best wineries. It was a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend.
