Excellent location to walk to the historic district of St Augustine across the Bridge of Lions. Room clean and comfortable but a little dated which wasn't a concern for us. Free parking on site very close to room. Despite being next to main road was very quiet in our room.

This is a lovely renovated motel with pretty landscaping. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Super perks for this location are the proximity to downtown attractions and the beach.
Great location, clean, comfortable, owner clearly takes pride and is very welcoming. Small place with "motel" setup, so parking is close. Our room was first floor and there was no noise from the road for it being so close. Window had blinds and curtains to keep everything dark. Mini fridge with freezer is a nice touch. On this side of the bridge, bars and restaurants stay open later, but if you want to go to old town, it's just a scenic walk over the bridge.
The location was in walking distance to st Augustine over the bridge. It’s a renovated motel with high standards . The views are the marina which is the inter coastal . The staff is attentive and very sweet ,Gina and Jessica and the gentleman at the front gave us amazing customer service .
Really enjoyed our time there. Quiet and private. Nicely surrounded by woods. Well stocked with all the essentials. Highly recommend vacationing here, rather than at a motel.

Historic Waterfront Marion Motor Lodge is perfectly located for St Augustine sightseeing and overlooks the water - it is an old fashioned motel and you feel transported back to the 70's in many way but the people are charming and the price is right
