Exceptional value. We have been staying at Rock Hill 4 times a year for 20 years or more. This is by far the most comfortable, most clean, with the most amenities of any hotel/motel we’ve ever stayed. Staff is personable and professional. We hope to return here for all future travels

Room was extremely clean and beds were fantastic. Perhaps the best motel bed, ever. This motel only was close to one other and it seemed extremely safe.All the other hotels on the other side of the road and it had more seedy people was less safe. My sister in law who is a local said that other side is bad, so great and much safer location for Microtel.
Breakfast basic but correct. Room and bathroom very clean. They say that they are pet friendly , but it will be logic to have a non-carpeted room . For us, it was not a problem , but it seems strange. Mostly so, when you are asked to sign a long list of potential problems concerning your animal. I do belive that 25 US$ /pet /night should be able to cover a certain insurance for unforseen ''little accidents'' . Other than that, good motel for one night.
1st room reeked of cigarette smoke carpet was dirty we were moved to another room on the floor below us where the carpet was dirty the refrigerator was dirty around the microwave was dirty and I paid for the king suite room it was to the point I wouldn’t even sit on the couch that was in the room that I paid for. I was very disappointing in this staying in the room considering the first time that I allows for Joe back in 2019 it was phenomenal I bragged and bragged about this motel and then I take my fiancé they’re only to be made a liar of
This place was so much better than I expected. Freshly painted and the king room was big.The staff was great. This is an older Motel but has been put in top notch order. We enjoyed our stay and would use again.The rate was high as all places you should not have to pay $100.00 a night any place to just shower and sleep.But it is what it is.
